Phanerrica Muhammad is one of the absolute best nurses I have had the pleasure of working with in my 16 year nursing career. She embodies the most important attributes of a nurse in my opinion, compassion, critical thinking, the ability to communicate with all team members, patients and families, no matter what their literacy level is, and most importantly, she can use these skills to advocate for her patients.
