Meet Phanerrica Muhammad,

BSN, RN, PCCN & Founder of Premier Concierge Nursing Services, LLC

Our founder, Phanerrica Muhammad is a native Philadelphian, wife and mother. 

Her clinical experience spans over 25 years in a variety of nursing specialties including Medical/Surgical , Surgical Oncology, Gynecology Oncology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. Phanerrica has held various clinical positions including – bedside clinical nurse, charge nurse, Patient Educator and the Co-coordinator of the Esophagectomy Support Group of the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. 

Phanerrica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and completed Post Baccalaureate studies in Marketing Management at the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). She is certified as a Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) and also holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). She has also completed Ritz Carlton’s Leadership training for healthcare professionals.

Phanerrica is a founding board member of the Esophageal Cancer Support Group of Philadelphia, a Philadelphia based nonprofit that supports patients and families who are faced with a diagnosis of Esophageal Cancer. She is also the co-founder of Panacean, a Philadelphia based nonprofit that promotes civic and health education within underserved communities.

Despite her many roles and responsibilities, Phanerrica has always found her greatest reward through connecting with patients and their families. Ensuring that patients (and their families) are heard, understood and supported has always been a tenet of her practice. It is her passion for providing world class, individualized, compassionate care that inspired the creation of Premier Concierge Nursing Services.
